At Minerve Technology, we make every effort to ensure that our social, environmental and human values guide our actions and decisions. In particular, the company’s creation in 2018 was the result of Charles Dubost’s awareness of the environmental and health issues associated with water disinfection.
Our management style is collaborative, with a flattening of the hierarchy enabling us to operate in « project mode » at all levels. This means that everyone is responsible for his or her own actions and vision in his or her area of expertise, but also leaves room for the expression of innovative ideas and promising projects for the company and the sector.
